2022 CARWH Conference

The Canadian Association for Research in Work and Health (CARWH) is pleased to announce that we will be hosting our bi-annual conference, “The Changing World of Work, Health and Research” on September 15-16th, 2022. In an effort to maintain collaboration and presentation opportunities this year, the CARWH Conference Organization Committee has determined that the conference will be delivered virtually. We recognize that this may not be the preferred format for all, but we made this decision based on the uncertainty of the times and to facilitate membership inclusion.

The conference will be preceded on September 14th by the CARWH Trainee / Young Investigator’s Forum. The forum will include trainee focused workshops organized by trainees for trainees. If you are a trainee and have ideas that you are interested in discussing, please let us know!

CARWH is thrilled to host this unique and exciting virtual conference that will bring together presentations on a wide range of topics related to work and health research.  The conference will include Keynote speakers, Live-streamed Oral Presentations and Pre-recorded Video Open Poster Sessions focused on several topic areas including (but not limited to):

  • Impacts of Isolation on Work and Health
  • Marginalized and Visible Minority Workers’ Health
  • Human & Technology Interaction for Work and Health
  • Mental Health in the Workplace
  • New Ideas and Emerging Trends for Work and Health

As CARWH is providing funding support for the conference, there is no fee to attend the conference. As such, we would welcome you to register to attend the conference using the Registration link. Please stay tuned for further updates about the conference.
